Ohio Parenting Time Hub
Estimate only. This is not legal advice, and there is no attorney-client relationship. Your court order controls. Check the official rule.
Ohio does not use one statewide parenting time order. Each domestic relations court publishes its own schedule or local rule. This hub covers 10 counties. Every summary is an estimate. It cites the official court document and shows the date we last checked that source.
The Supreme Court of Ohio publishes a parenting time guide. For legal help, start at Ohio Legal Help. Juvenile courts for unmarried parents may use a different schedule.
Ohio R.C. 3119.231 references 90 overnights for a child support deviation. This count is an estimate, not advice. Read R.C. 3119.231.
