This page covers only the Clermont County Juvenile Court guideline for ages 6 to 14 when parents do not agree. It is not a minimum entitlement. Divorce, dissolution, and legal separation cases are in the Clermont County Domestic Relations Court, which adopts its own Guideline Parenting Schedule in Appendix D of its local rules (Local Rule DR 23). This page does not summarize that schedule.

This file is the juvenile court's guideline for ages 6 to 14. The Domestic Relations Court Guideline Parenting Schedule is Appendix D of the local rules at https://domesticcourt.org/media/Rules/local-rules-2017.pdf.
