- Weekend
- The nonresidential parent has alternating weekends, Friday at 6:00 p.m. to Sunday at 6:00 p.m. The parent receiving the children provides weekend transportation unless the court orders otherwise.
- Midweek
- One evening a week, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If the parents cannot agree on the day, it is Wednesday. The parent exercising that evening provides both rides.
- Holiday
- The even-year chart is in the list below. Odd years reverse it. Evening holiday time is 6:00 p.m. and morning holiday time is 9:00 a.m. unless the rule states another time.
- Summer
- Each parent has two weeks of extended parenting time each year, in blocks of 7 or 14 consecutive days. It may be any time of year, but it cannot interfere with school or school activities. Give 30 days' written notice. The parent who notifies first gets the dates if they conflict.
