DR 610.1 is the guideline when the parents have not filed their own plan. Week 1 is the first full week of the calendar year, and Monday is the first day of that week. If the children are in more than one age group and the parents do not agree on one schedule, children age 1 and older follow the age 3 through 15 schedule. Children under 1 stay on the younger schedules.

Juvenile courts for unmarried parents may use a different schedule.
