Schedule by age or option

Over 90 miles one way

Weekend
Once a month, a weekend visit to the long-distance parent's home is allowed if one-way travel is not more than 3.5 hours. Give one week of notice. The nonresidential parent provides that transportation. The file does not state the clock times for that weekend in the section we relied on.
Midweek
The nonresidential parent gives at least two days of notice when visiting the area and wants parenting time.
Holiday
Mother's Day and Father's Day are spent with that parent. Winter break and spring break are in the order.
Summer
Each parent has half of the school summer vacation. The residential parent tells the other parent the summer dates by March 15. The nonresidential parent answers by April 15. If they cannot agree, even years the nonresidential parent has the first half.
Long distance
This order is the over-90-mile schedule.
